We offer straightforward wash and fold laundry service with pickup and delivery. At this time, we do not offer dry cleaning or specialty garment services.
How do I get started?
Just schedule your first pickup online. We’ll take care of the rest — including bringing your first orange bag.
What comes in a Welcome Kit?
The Welcome Kit consists of one standard Orange bag and a 'special attention' black mesh bag for stains or other delicate items.
How does pickup and delivery work?
You schedule online, we bring you a bright orange laundry bag, and when it’s full, we pick it up, wash and fold everything to your preferences, and return it in a clean orange bag.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Most customers leave their orange bag on the porch or at a designated pickup spot.
What can go in the laundry bag?
Everyday clothing, towels, sheets, and normal household laundry are all fine. If you’re unsure about an item, just include a note when scheduling.
Do you wash laundry separately or mixed with other orders?
Each order is handled separately. Your laundry is never mixed with anyone else’s.
Can I choose wash temperature and detergent preferences?
Yes. You can select your preferences when scheduling, including wash temperature and detergent options.
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Turnaround time is typically one to two days, depending on scheduling and volume. We’ll confirm timing when you place your order.
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
No. You can schedule service whenever you need it. No contracts or long-term commitments.
