Because we provide a service rather than a physical product, traditional returns do not apply. However, we are committed to quality and fairness.

Completed Services

Once laundry has been washed, folded, and delivered, the service is considered complete. Due to the nature of the service, completed orders cannot be returned or refunded simply due to preference.

If you believe we made an error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.


Service Issues

If there is a concern regarding:

  • An item being missed

  • An error in handling preferences

  • An issue with cleaning

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the concern and may offer a re-wash or appropriate remedy at our discretion.


Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for:

  • Excessive stains or heavily soiled items

  • Pre-existing damage, weak fabric, or manufacturer defects

  • Shrinkage, color bleeding, or normal wear

  • Items left in pockets

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to pickup. Once laundry has been picked up, the service is considered in progress and cannot be canceled.


Promotional Offers

Promotional discounts (including first-time offers) are limited to one use per customer and cannot be applied retroactively.
