By scheduling service with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all laundry pickup and delivery services we provide.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not schedule service.
Our Service
We provide wash and fold laundry service with pickup and delivery. At this time, we do not offer dry cleaning or specialty garment care.
Laundry is cleaned according to the preferences selected at scheduling. All orders are handled individually and are not mixed with other customers’ laundry.
Acceptable Items
Our service is intended for everyday household laundry, including clothing, towels, and linens.
To maintain a safe and sanitary environment, we cannot accept items that:

Show signs of insect infestation (including bedbugs, fleas, or lice)

Contain blood or other bodily fluids

Are heavily soiled with grease, oil, paint, chemicals, or hazardous substances

Require dry cleaning or specialty garment care

Are excessively stained or significantly damaged prior to washing

Are labeled “dry clean only”
Right to Refuse or Return Items
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any items that do not meet these standards or that pose a safety, health, or equipment risk.
If laundry has already been picked up and is determined to be unserviceable, the order may be canceled and the items returned unprocessed. In such cases, any charges paid for the affected order will be refunded.
We are not responsible for items that are declined due to contamination, infestation, hazardous materials, or other conditions outlined above.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Emptying all pockets before pickup

Removing items that may damage clothing (pens, gum, coins, etc.)

Ensuring laundry is placed in the provided orange bag
We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets.
Laundry Care & Limitations
We take reasonable care in cleaning and handling all laundry. However, laundering carries inherent risks.
We cannot guarantee against:

Color bleeding or fading
-
Shrinkage
-
Damage to weak, worn, or delicate fabrics
-
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or manufacturer defects
By using our service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Damaged or Missing Items
Any issues with damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Our liability, if any, is limited to:

No more than 10 times the cleaning charge for the affected item

A maximum of $25 per individual item

A maximum of $100 per order
We do not reimburse based on original purchase price or sentimental value.
Pickup & Delivery Locations
If laundry is left in an unattended location (such as a porch), delivery and pickup are made at your direction.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once items are left in an unsecured or unattended location.
Inclement Weather
In the event of rain, snow, or other severe weather conditions, we may adjust pickup or delivery timing for safety reasons.
If you prefer, arrangements can be made to leave your laundry in a garage or another covered, designated location. Please include those instructions when scheduling service.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on the amount of laundry and selected preferences. All charges are disclosed at scheduling.
Payment is processed using the payment method on file. Charges are final once service is completed, except where otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice.
Communication
By scheduling service, you agree to receive service-related communications by email or text message. These may include pickup reminders, delivery notifications, or service updates.
You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
Service Changes & Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services, scheduling availability, or service areas at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate local courts.
