Your first pickup is simple — and after this, it gets even easier. Here’s exactly how it works.
Step One: Place Your Order.
Use code FIRSTBAG at checkout to get your first bag discount ($29 for a small bag or $58 for a big bag).
Step Two: Bag Your Laundry
Because this is your first pickup, please place each load into a standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bag.
• One trash bag per small bag ordered
• Two trash bags per large bag ordered (if applicable)
Set the tied bags out at your scheduled pickup location.
Step Three: We Return It in Orange Bags
After your first service, your laundry will be returned neatly folded in our reusable orange laundry bags.
From then on, simply use your orange bag for all future pickups.
